Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

“We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Sauna at The Nest.
“You” / “Your” refers to the person making the booking or using the service.
“Session” means a 50-minute contrast-therapy appointment including sauna and cold plunge.

How to Book: Bookings are made via our website only. You must select a date, time slot and session type before completing payment.
Prices: All prices shown are per session, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has cleared.

Cancellation Notice: To receive a refund (less a £5 administration fee), please cancel at least 48 hours before your session.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session without penalty.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 48 hours but before 24 hours incur a 50% fee; within 24 hours or failure to attend incurs the full session fee.
How to Amend: Reply to your confirmation email or contact us at hello@saunaatthenest.co.uk.

Medical Conditions: If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, circulatory disorders or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before booking.
Hydration: You must hydrate before, during and after your session.
Self-Responsibility: If you experience dizziness or severe discomfort, exit the sauna or plunge immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.
Facilities: Use designated changing and storage areas only. Shower facilities are not provided.

Please maintain a quiet, respectful atmosphere. Mobile phones must be silenced.
Swimwear and non-marking footwear are required.
No alcohol, drugs or glass containers are permitted. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund.

By booking, you acknowledge the risks associated with heat and cold exposure and assume full responsibility for any injury or loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your negligence or breach of these terms.

We collect personal data solely to manage your booking and comply with health-and-safety records.
Your data is stored securely and not shared without consent. You may request deletion by emailing hello@saunaatthenest.co.uk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to bookings made after the update.

These terms are governed by English law and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
